• Agar aapko damaged, defective ya galat product receive hota hai, to aap parcel receive karne ke 3 din ke andar humse rabta kar sakte hain.
• Complaint ke sath product ki clear pictures aur order details share karna zaroori hoga.
• Return ya exchange approve hone ke baad product unused aur original packaging me hona chahiye.
• Used, opened ya customer ki taraf se damaged products return ya exchange ke liye eligible nahi honge.
• Refund ya exchange ka faisla product inspection ke baad kiya jayega.
